Sait was born in Antakya (Antioch), Turkey, and earned his B.S. in Management and Business Administration before moving to the U.S. in 1994. He completed his MBA at Philadelphia University in 1997 and began Ph.D. studies in Production Management and Marketing, later joining Transamerica Insurance Co., where he has worked for 26 years and currently serves as Managing Director in Camp Hill, PA.

For over a decade, Sait has also led the Red Rose Intercultural and Educational Foundation, promoting cultural harmony and dialogue. He serves on the PennLive Editorial Board and on several nonprofit boards, including Advocates of Silenced Turkey and the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg.

An advocate for human rights, Sait recently founded a film production company focused on documenting global human rights issues. His documentaries have earned international recognition and awards for shedding light on the stories of persecuted people worldwide.
