Hitesh serves as the Managing Partner and CFO at TRANSWORLD Business Advisors in PA. With over 20
years of experience in the healthcare industry, sales, and finance, he possesses a wealth of expertise in
business transactions, valuations, exit planning, financial assessment, and strategic partnership
alignment. His Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor credential from
The Alliance of M&A Advisors, and Certified Hotel Real Estate Investments for Cornell University,
